How it works:
We have a production date the first of each month. We begin processing all orders the first day after the close of the production date and through that week. The chemistry and supplies are all custom made to order, we don't "stock" ready to use chemistry or supplies.
This process requires that all materials and products are "fresh" as most have some type of shelf life. The production dates and shipping dates ensures quality and guarantees that the products are of the highest quality possible for the customer.
